What To Say In A Job Interview To Get The Job Easily

If you're in the position where you know you've got to do some job interviews, but you're just interested in getting the job with no hassles or problems there are a couple of tricks that you can use to put yourself in the head of the group. Here is one of them.

Keep in mind that this technique should only be used carefully, and with subtlety. If you're discovered to be using this kind of strategy, you'll either be respected for your persuasive ability, or seen as some kind of cheat or con man. Be careful and you'll get more interviews, but make sure they're jobs that you want!

Frame yourself as the ideal person for the job. This is my favorite and it's actually very effective. Here's how it's done: While you're in a causal conversation with the interviewer ask some questions about the position. Get their interest and keep the focus on them thinking about the specific details of the job. Make sure to be sincere and ask genuine questions about the job. The trick is to actually be interviewing them, to make sure that the job is right for you, not them interviewing you to make sure that you're right for the job. This turns the tables a bit and you'll have the power.

Once you've achieved this, ask them this question: "Just thinking of those tasks and skills, now picture the perfect person for the job." While you're stating "picture the perfect person" raise your hands and frame your face. This will frame you as the perfect person, and the association will be created with your image, and their assessment of the perfect person for the job.

Get them to describe the person for the job, and obviously do your best to see if that's the kind of job you're after. If not, then just don't accept the offer.

The technique is based on anchoring and NLP. This is a very valuable skill and can be extremely powerful, especially if you're skilled in it's execution. I've used it many times to sell things in my work, and also to get many jobs from interviews too.

Make sure to use a conversational style and keep things sincere and casual. You'll seem natural as you direct your interviewer (rather than them questioning you for a change!) to think of you as the perfect person for the job.

Now, see yourself doing this easily, and you'll get many more good job offers now. Go for it!
